Usage Restrictions: The code is valid for one use per customer. It cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, coupons, gift cards, benefits, or active promotional codes. Likewise, it cannot be exchanged for cash or any other economic or in-kind compensation.
Coverage and amounts: The benefit is subject to order validation and final payment acceptance.
Cancellations: In the event that the customer requests cancellation of the order, or if it is canceled due to reasons beyond the company's control, the free shipping benefit will be considered used and cannot be reactivated for subsequent purchases.
KUU's Authority: KUU reserves the right to cancel orders resulting from improper or fraudulent use of the promotion. Likewise, it reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion and its terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.

Promotion: 10% Discount when Subscribing to the Newsletter

Mechanism: The promotion consists of granting a 10% discount applicable exclusively to the first purchase made on www.kuu.mx, a benefit that is activated upon formally subscribing to the KUU newsletter.
Code Conditions: The assigned promotional code is valid for a single use per customer and applies only to transactions completed within www.kuu.mx.
Non-combinability: This discount cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, coupons, gift cards, benefits, or promotional codes. It cannot be exchanged for cash or any other compensation.
Eligibility: The promotion applies solely and exclusively to new newsletter subscribers. The processing of the discount is subject to internal order validation and payment acceptance by the corresponding platforms.
Cancellations: In case of order cancellation for any reason, the discount benefit will be considered fully used, invalidating the code for future transactions.
Abuse Prevention and KUU's Authority: KUU explicitly reserves the right to immediately cancel orders resulting from improper use of the promotion. This includes, but is not limited to, the creation of multiple accounts, emails, or registrations under the same customer, address, or payment method in order to repeatedly obtain the benefit.

The option of 3 and 6 Interest-Free Monthly Payments (MSI) applies exclusively to purchases that reach or exceed a minimum net amount of $7,000.00 MXN in the total cart, before applying shipping costs (if applicable).

This policy is valid only when paying with participating credit cards issued in Mexico through our authorized payment gateways on the site. To make it valid, the user must explicitly select the desired monthly term (3 or 6 months) directly on the final payment screen (Checkout) when entering their card details; charges are not automatically deferred after purchase if the customer selects a single payment.
